Question: I have an ANILAM product that needs service.  What do I need to do?

Answer: The distributor from which the product was purchased will need to be contacted for a CRA # (Customer Return Authorization), in order to send the unit into ANILAM for repair.  The distributor will need to know the unit's model and serial number as well as a description of the problem. 

If the distributor is not known or you bought the product directly from ANILAM, please call ANILAM's Sales Support Department. They will provide you with more information or a list of local distributors in your area.
