  ANILAM has developed internal policies and procedures that have been put in place to assure that we carry out the goals of our Quality Statement and adhere to the strict standards of ISO9001:2000.
While the quality policies and procedures cover company-wide activities that affect product quality, the principles of consistency in our processes and improving continuously apply broadly throughout ANILAM. We believe these principles are fundamental to serving our customers well and to being a successful company long-term.
It is ANILAM's belief that the documentation of our policies and procedures gives us a useful platform from which to continuously improve the way we operate and that the establishment of a formal quality system demonstrates something important to our customers, the ANILAM commitment to quality.
Official Quality Policy
We will deliver products and services that meet or exceed our customers' expectations of value.
To do this, we will:
- Identify our customers' expectations and provide employees with the resources needed to exceed those expectations.
- Assure that our employees, suppliers, and distribution network understand and support our Quality Policy.
- Continuously improve our skills, our processes, and our technology using the principles of defect avoidance, employee improvement, and training.
